Premise: A world almost identical to our own. The Romans established a colony on the northern coast of Venezuela in 185AD, which flourished, grew and expanded northwards, encompassing the Caribbean Islands and the Eastern coast of the United States of America.
The man leading the expedition was Quintus Peregrinator, and his ship was named after himself - The Peregrine.
What if the Romans crossed the Atlantic? Is this one route they could have taken?
